Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "You") and ok999 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing ok999 — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — and by registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ok999 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. ok999 recommends that players revisit this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Important: These Terms apply to all activities on ok999 including, but not limited to, account registration, deposits, wagering, bonus claims, withdrawals, use of the referral programme, and any communications with customer support.
Eligibility
To register and use an ok999 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. ok999 does not permit minors to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend accounts pending verification.
- You must be the person who owns and controls the payment method used to fund your ok999 account. Third-party payment on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme — whether through ok999 directly, through a recognised problem gambling body, or through a court order — at the time of registration or during account activity.
- You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity only. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures may not register accounts on ok999.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
ok999 may conduct identity verification checks at any stage of account activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with verification requests within the timeframe specified by the ok999 compliance team. Failure to cooperate may result in account restriction or closure.
Account Registration
Each eligible person may hold exactly one ok999 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ok999 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate account discovered will be closed without notice and all balances in duplicate accounts, including any winnings accumulated, may be forfeited.
When registering at ok999 you are required to provide:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
- A valid mobile number registered in your name in Pakistan
- A valid email address that you access and control
- Your date of birth
- A secure, unique password of your choosing
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ok999 account credentials. ok999 will never ask you for your password by phone, email, or live chat. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact ok999 support immediately. Any activity conducted on your account before you notify ok999 of a security breach is your responsibility.
Account Security Tip: Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your ok999 account settings. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is strongly recommended for all players, particularly those with significant balances.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits at ok999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or hidden charges applied by ok999 on any deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. ok999 accepts the following payment methods:

ok999 only accepts deposits from payment methods that are registered in the same name as the ok999 account holder. Deposits received from third-party payment methods will be returned and may trigger an account security review. ok999 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method at any time.
Please Note: ok999 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency payments, or payment methods not listed above. Any amount deposited through an unsupported channel will be returned to source; ok999 cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party processing systems during a return.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount at ok999 is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If your deposit method is no longer available, you must contact ok999 support to arrange an alternative — subject to identity verification.
ok999 targets the following withdrawal processing times, measured from the moment your withdrawal request is approved by the compliance team:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically under 5 minutes for amounts up to Rs 50,000
- NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically under 15 minutes
- IBFT Bank Transfer: Within 2 business hours during banking hours; same-day otherwise
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank
ok999 may require identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Players are expected to complete verification promptly. Delays caused by a player's failure to provide requested documents are not the responsibility of ok999. Any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be removed from the withdrawal amount automatically — players will be shown the breakdown before confirming the transaction.
Good to Know: ok999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. In rare cases involving IBFT transfers, your own bank may apply a transfer fee — this is outside ok999's control and is the player's responsibility to verify with their bank.
Bonuses & Promotions
ok999 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus at ok999, you agree to the bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses at ok999 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who are fully registered and verified at ok999.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate account is considered fraud.
- Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page.
- Only real-money bets placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements. The contribution percentage varies by game category and is specified in each bonus offer's terms.
- ok999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel any promotion, and reclaim any bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
- Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically.

Gaming Rules
All games available at ok999 — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. The individual game rules are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.
ok999 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for digital games and physically operated live decks for live dealer tables. All game outcomes are final once settled by the system. In the event of a technical malfunction that causes an incomplete or incorrect game result, ok999 will investigate and, where necessary, void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. ok999's decision on such matters is final.
ok999's Aviator game uses a Provably Fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is cryptographically sealed before the betting window opens. Players may verify any historical round result using the verification tool available within the game interface.
In sports betting markets (including PSL Betting), ok999 reserves the right to suspend markets, cancel bets, or adjust odds in response to verified information about match integrity issues, official result changes, or data feed errors. Players will be notified of any such action through their account transaction history.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ok999 platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances as appropriate:
- Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or using an account on behalf of another person
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with ok999 games or betting markets
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings accumulated through such exploitation will be voided
- Collusion with other players at live table games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants
- Attempting to launder money, process illicit funds, or use ok999 for any purpose other than legitimate entertainment gaming
- Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity or that are subject to any legal proceeding
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration, verification, or a support interaction
- Attempting to reverse, dispute, or charge back a payment after using the deposited funds to place bets at ok999
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ok999 staff or other platform users through any communication channel
ok999 reports suspected money laundering and financial crimes to the relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Players engaged in prohibited financial activity on the platform may face legal consequences beyond account closure.
Responsible Gaming

- Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined number of days. The account cannot be reactivated before the period expires.

ok999 may restrict or close accounts if we identify patterns of behaviour consistent with problem gambling, even in the absence of a player request to do so. Intellectual Property
All content on the ok999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, brand name, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ok999 or its licensed content providers. No part of the ok999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express written consent of ok999.
ok999 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to download, copy, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes.
Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios. ok999 operates those games under licence. Any queries regarding game-specific intellectual property should be directed to ok999 support, who will liaise with the relevant provider.
Limitation of Liability
ok999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, error-free access to all services, ok999 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ok999 shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from use or inability to use the platform
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform use, game outcomes, or payment processing
- Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues — including those caused by internet service providers operating in Pakistan
- Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their ok999 account credentials
- Any decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game history data
ok999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by ok999's negligence.
Amendments to These Terms
ok999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ok999 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.
Players who continue to use the ok999 platform after an amendment takes effect are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting ok999 support. Your remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through ok999's internal complaint resolution process.
To raise a formal complaint, please contact ok999 support in writing at support@ok999-baji.com, providing your registered account email address, a clear description of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. ok999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified in your jurisdiction. ok999 will cooperate fully with any investigation initiated by a recognised regulatory authority.
All claims against ok999 must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.
